Gloria Jean West Humphries, 70, of Columbus, MS passed away Monday, November 27, 2017, at her residence.

Mrs. Humphries was born on March 27, 1947, in Jersey City, NJ to the late William B. West and Mabel L. Worrell. She was a nurse for 20 years at the Health Center. Mrs. Humphries was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Mrs. Humphries is survived by her husband of 49 years- Willie M. Humphries of Columbus, MS; daughters- Tracey D. Holmes of Jersey City, NJ, and Danielle M. Humphries of Carrollton, GA; son- William Thomas Humphries of Scotch Plains, NJ; brother- Gerald B. West of Sapphire, NC; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
