Gregory Jay Fowler, 50, of Columbus, MS passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018, from 11:00 – 12:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. A graveside will follow on Saturday, January 20, 2018, at 12:30 PM at Ebenezer Cemetery, Fernbank, AL with Bro. Kenny Gardner officiating and Lowndes Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Fowler was born June 28, 1967, in Columbus, MS to Betty Conner Fowler and the late Tony Jay Fowler. He earned his associated degree after high school. Mr. Fowler was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church, Columbus, MS. He worked at Premier Ford Quick Lane as a mechanic for 3 years.

Mr. Fowler is survived by his brother- Jon Fowler of Columbus, MS; son- Tyler Mordecai; mother- Betty Conner Fowler of Columbus, MS; and uncle- Jimmy (Sarah) Conner of Columbia, SC.

Pallbearers will be Joey Hanson, Jason Hanson, Tim Mason, John Ellis, Vince Morris, and Jon Fowler.
