Grover Granville Russell, 62, of Columbus, MS passed away Friday, August 7, 2015 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-GT, Columbus, MS. There was a Memorial Service at Mr. Russell's residence on Saturday, August 8, 2015. Mr. Russell was born August 17, 1952 to the late Delbridge Russell and Geneva Wakefield in Crawford, MS. He moved to Columbus, MS from Jackson, MS in 2008, where he attended Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon, MS. He was a parts manager for Lyle Machinery for 16 years. Mr. Russell is survived by wife-Peggy Henry Russell, Columbus, MS; sons-Robert Russell, Philadelphia, MS; Jon Russell, Butler, AL; Chris Russell, New Orleans, LA; Daniel Beck, Wilkesboro, NC; and David Russell; daughter-Kristen Beck, Wilkesboro, NC; sisters-Monica Blanton, Hamilton, MS and Marie Little, Athens, GA; and brother-Robert Russell, New Augusta, MS; and 9 Grandchildren.
