Harold Aaron Nichols, 73, of Columbus, MS passed away February 5 ^th , 2022 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle in Columbus, MS.

No services at this time.  Lowndes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Nichols was born November 13, 1948, in South Carolina to the late Glenn Dillenger and Frances Johnson Dillenger.  He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and he served for 21 years.  Mr. Dillenger is preceded in death by his brother, Donnie Nichols, and sister Carol Butler.

Mr. Nichols is survived by his wife- Margie Merritt Nichols, Columbus, MS; two daughters- Betty Nichols, Columbus, MS, and Susan Waite, Wasilla, AK; one brother- Larry Nichols; and six grandchildren.
