Visitation for Mrs. Styron will be Monday, April 11, 2011 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Graveside services for Mrs. Styron will be Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Bay Minette Cemetery, Bay Minette, AL with Bro. Steve Lammons, officiating. Interment to follow at Bay Minette Cemetery, Bay Minette, AL. Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS directing. Mrs. Styron was born April 29, 1917 to the late A.B. & Amy Bonner Parker in Pickens County, AL. She attended Palmetto School, Palmetto, AL where she was on the girls basketball team. Mrs. Styron moved to Columbus 10 years ago from Bay Minette, AL where she was a member of the First Baptist Church, Bay Minette, AL. She loved crocheting, cooking and woodworking making what-nots. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Styron is preceded in death by her husbands – Houston Robertson & Ernest Styron. Mrs. Styron is survived by her daughter – Betty N. (Ray) Crane, Columbus, MS, Step-Sons – Don Styron and Ronnie Styron, grandchildren – Alan (Beth) Crane, Columbus, MS, Traci (Steve) Ruth – Columbus, MS and 5 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Ray Crane, Alan Crane, Mitch Crane, Drew & Albert Crane. Honorary Pallbearers will be Betty Moore & Trudy Cotton.
