Hilmer "Robert" Otts, 70, of Columbus, MS passed away Monday, June 26, 2017, at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS.

Mr. Otts was born September 9, 1946, in Hamilton, MS to the late Troy and Marie Seely Otts. He was a member of the U.S. Army. Mr. Otts was a truck driver for 40 years. In addition to his parents, Mr. Otts was preceded in death by his wife, Jackie Kidd Otts, and son, Jody Otts.

Mr. Otts is survived by his daughter- Lisa Otts of Cullman, AL; son- Mike Otts of Caledonia, MS; grandchildren- Bridget Otts of Columbus, MS, Laura (Aaron) Cumming of Columbus, MS, Hanna Otts of Columbus, MS, Michael Troy Otts of Caledonia, MS; 3 great-grandchildren; and one brother- Gordon (Rachael) Otts of Peoria, IL.
