Hollis Hoyle Towery, 68, of Cedarbluff, MS passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021.

A visitation will be Sunday, August 15, 2021, from 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS.

Mr. Towery was born February 7, 1953, in Smithville, MS to the late Dorothy Jones Towery and Hollis Towery. He enjoyed working in his yard and on cars. Mr. Towery loved his grandchildren and spending time with them. In addition to his parents, Mr. Towery is preceded in death by his sister- Deloris Smith.

Mr. Towery is survived by his daughters- Rebecca Dutter, Laura Scott, Angie McCowan, and Amanda Otts; sons- Robert Towery, and Jake Mahan; grandchildren- Angelica Jackson, Hannah Dutter, Karlee Dutter, Hunter Mahan, McKenzie Mahan, Nathan Towery, Brianna Towery, Alexa Lindsey, Cade Woods, Colton Hollis, Gracie Crosby, and Allyson Crosby; great-grandchildren- Brooklynn Jackson, Palmer Hollis, and Scarlett Parker; and ex-wife- Imogene Towery.
