Howard Edward Temple, 59 of Columbus, MS passed away Saturday, December 24, 2016, at UAB Birmingham, AL.

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 29, 2016, from 11:00 to 1:00 at Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel, Columbus, MS.

Mr. Temple was born December 16, 1957, to the late Herbert and Katherine Hallford Temple in DeKalb, MS. He was an electrician for 20 years and loved to hunt and fish with his brothers and sisters. Mr. Temple was an outdoorsman and enjoyed gardening. In addition to his parents, Mr. Temple was preceded in death by his brother- John Temple.

Mr. Temple is survived by his wife- Janice Jones Temple of Columbus, MS; son- Chris Temple of Columbus, MS; two daughters- Phoebe (Chris) Breland and Breanna Temple of Columbus, MS; grandchildren—Eleanor and Amelia Breland of Columbus, MS; sisters-Janet Temple of Scooba, MS, Gloria Hailey of Foley, AL and Debbie Waller of Scooba, MS; Brothers- Herbert "Buddy" Temple of Scooba, MS, Frank Temple of Scooba, MS and Danny Temple of New Albany, MS.
