Irving Clarke Power, 94 of Columbus, MS passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020, at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS.

No services are planned at this time.  Lowndes Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Power was born June 30, 1926, in Buffalo, NY to the late William and Sybil Clarke Power.  He received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY.  Mr. Power retired from Hooker Chemical Company where he was the Plant Manager.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Power was preceded in death by his wife Mary Elizabeth Nolan Power.

Mr. Power is survived by his 4 daughters – Lorie (Edwin) Land, New Orleans, LA, Jane (Gary) Hefel, Reynoldsburg, OH, and Karen (Alan) George, Pierce City, MO; 3 sons – Brian (Laura) Power, Columbus, MS, Stephen (Peggy) Power, Brandon, MS and James (Tina) Power, Langhorne, PA, 17 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
