Jacob Elijah Jumper, 28, of Steens, MS, passed away Monday, June 16, 2025, at his residence.

Visitation will be Friday, June 20, 2025, from 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Service will be Friday, June 20, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS with Bro. Jerry Pounders, Jr. officiating.

Jacob Elijah Jumper, born July 24th, 1996, a devoted husband and father, passed away on June 16th, 2025, at the age of 28. He was the loving husband of Rachel Lynn Jumper (Salvaggio) for 4 years and a selfless, proud father to Olivia Rivers Jumper (age 3). He was known for his infectious personality and outgoing but endearing nature. People were naturally drawn to his sweet smile and genuine disposition. He loved his job and was passionate in running his own self named business, Jumper Painting.

Elijah is preceded in death by his father, Rodney Gene West, and Brothers, Clinton Blake West, and Wesley Wade West. He is survived by wife Rachel and daughter Olivia Jumper, and the West, Joslin, Jumper, Junkin, Salvaggio, and Coe families.
