James William (Bill) Eatherton, IV, 60 of Columbus, MS, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital- GT in Columbus, MS.

Graveside Service will be Saturday, January 4, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Columbus, MS, with Mr. Ray Crane officiating and Lowndes Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Eatherton was born January 21, 1964, in Columbus, MS, to the late James William (Jim) (Mr. 5 x 5), Eatherton III and Sue Richardson Eatherton. He graduated from New Hope High School. Mr. Eatherton enjoyed music, writing songs, and playing the guitar. In addition to his parents, Mr. Eatherton is preceded in death by Uncle Wilton Richardson and Aunt Barbara E. Stewart.

Mr. Eatherton is survived by his Aunts, Myra R. Cox, and Mary R. Cross; and uncle- Jim Richardson (Margaret).
