James E. Denny James E. Denny, 54 of Columbus, MS passed away Thursday, March 17, 2011 at his residence. A Memorial and Appreciation Service will be held Sunday, May 1, 2011 at 420 4th St. South, Columbus, MS from 2 – 4 PM. Mr. Denny was born May 28, 1956 to Goss and Ruth Webb Denny in Lebanon, MO. He moved to Columbus 4 years ago from Apopka, FL. Mr. Denny attended First Presbyterian Church, Columbus, MS. He was on the Columbus Arts Council, enjoyed antiquing, gardening and being outside. He had worked as a caterer supervisor for 5 years with Marriott. Mr. Denny is survived by his partner Roger Busby, Columbus, MS; parents Goss & Ruth Denny, Camdenton, MO; sister Debbie Welch, Macs Creek, MO and brother John Denny, Camdenton, MO.
