James "Jamie" Sherriel Hall

James (Jamie) Sherriel Hall, of Columbus, MS, passed away Monday, October 26, 2026, in West Point, Ms.

Visitation will be Friday, October 30, 2026, from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, Ms. Service will be Friday, October 30, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. at Lowndes Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Columbus, MS. Lowndes Funeral Home will be directing.

Jamie was born December 5, 1968, in Columbus, MS to Linda E. Hall and the late James Sherriel Hall, Sr. He was of Baptist Faith and a member of East End Baptist Church. Jamie worked in West Point, MS, at Golden Triangle Solid Waste Services as a handyman. He was an avid Mississippi State Fan, loved fishing, loved playing bingo, and loved his children and grandchildren more than anything in this world. He was a very gentle soul and loved the Lord. In addition to his father, James Sherriel Hall Sr., Jamie is preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter Cole, Dorothy Cole, Louvie Hall, and Almus Hall; and nephew, Matthew Hall.

Jamie is survived by his wife, Cynthia Hall; mother, Linda E. Hall; daughter, Victoria (Junior) Hall; son, Robert (Melissa) Farmer, Jr.; former wife, Darlene (Wes) Bullard; Uncle, Fred Hall; and granddaughters, Katie Vaughn, Faith Vaughn, Rozella Vaughn, and Emily Rose Farmer; brother, Roger (Kimberly) Hall; and nephew, Marcus Hall.

Pallbearers will be: Troy Vaughn, Matthew Vaughn, Junior Vaughn, and Marcus Hall.
