James Clyde "Jamie" Sullivan, 31, of Columbus, MS passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at his residence. Visitation will be Friday, November 29, 2013 from 5 - 9 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Funeral Services will be Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Columbus, MS with Bro. Ralph Windle officiating , Bro. Steve Lammons and Bro. Malcolm Tidwell assisting. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery with Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS directing. Mr. Sullivan was born December 17, 1981 in Amory, MS to Jerry Clyde and Anita Summerford Sullivan. He had lived in this area since October 1997 having moved from Okolona, MS. Mr. Sullivan was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Columbus, MS, the North MS Daily Journal Golf Association, Pine Grove Hunting Club, high school MHSAA and the 2000 Golf State Champion Team. He was an Eagle Scout, Chairman of Ducks Unlimited for Lowndes County, Class of 2000 New Hope Golf State Medalist and an avid golfer, fisherman and hunter. Mr. Sullivan lettered in baseball, football and golf and earned a lifesaving award in scouting. He is preceded in death by his great-great-grandparents- William and Inez Ogg; great-grandmother- Netti Tarver; grandfather- Charles Sullivan; and mother-in-law Donna Jo Henry. Mr. Sullivan is survived by his wife Audrey Sullivan; daughters- Hannah Claire & Jenna Beth Sullivan; brother- Jeffery (Jennifer) Sullivan; nephew- Jackson Sullivan; niece- Ellie Anna Sullivan; grandparents- Ottis (Louise) Summerford and Betty Sullivan. Pallbearers will be Shawn Dean, Josh Westbrook, Randle Beatty, Devin Davis, Chris Moore, Nathan Martin, Derrick O'Bryant, Keith Thames.
