Elena "Jane" Norma Brown, 71, of Columbus, MS, passed away Monday, October 13, 2025, at her residence.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Funeral Service will be Friday, October 17, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at Union Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery in Noxapater, MS, with Bro. David Coleman officiating. Burial will follow. Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS entrusted with all arrangements.

Mrs. Brown was born August 7, 1954, in Iriga City, Camarines-Sur, Philippines, to the late Julian Oronan Arrabe and Natalia Jove Arrabe.  She worked in sales for many years. Mrs. Brown loved keeping in contact with her immediate and extended family in the Philippines. She loved caring for many loyal dogs throughout her life. Mrs. Brown loved fishing, yardwork, cooking, and playing computer games. She enjoyed classic 70's and '80s rock music. Mrs. Brown was a much loved wife and very loving and caring person especially when it came to family and pets. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Brown is preceded in death by her sister, Nina Rulloda; brothers, Ruben Arrabe, Tony Arrabe, Gilbert Arrabe, and Efran Arrabe; and niece, Laura Genell Devilla.

Mrs. Brown is survived by her husband, Lester Arnell Brown; brothers- Oscar Arrabe and Ramon Arrabe; sisters- Irene June Arrabe, Mila Molina, Maria Lourdes Arrabe, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
