Ms. Janice Irene Guin, 54, of Steens, MS passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Louisville Hospital, Louisville, MS.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 21, 2023, from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Steens Church of Christ in Steens, MS. Service will be at 11:00 AM at Steens Church of Christ, Steens, MS. Interment will be at Lone Oak Cemetery Church of Christ, Steens, MS on Thursday, September 21, 2023, with Lowndes Funeral Home directing.

Ms. Guin was born on April 19, 1969, in Columbus, MS to the late James W. Guin, Sr. and Rita M. Logan.  Ms. Janice graduated from Caledonia High School, Caledonia, MS. She worked at MUW Credit Union. Ms. Guin was an avid Alabama football fan. She enjoyed crafting and spending time with her dog, Bama.

Ms. Guin is survived by her brother- James Wiley Guin, Jr.; nephews- Jaylyn Sevier and Jeramiah Sevier.

Pallbearers will be; Jaylyn Sevier, Jeramiah Sevier, Chris Bell, Brent Mitchell, Hunter Parker, and Dalton Parker. Honorary Pallbearers will be; James W. Guin and Law Enforcement.
