Obituary
Jean Ann Spencer, 63 of Starkville, MS passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017 at OCH Regional Medical Center, Starkville, MS.
A private graveside service will be held at Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Columbus, MS with Lowndes Funeral Home directing.
Miss Spencer was born December 27, 1953 to the late Perry Jackson and Joyce Dean Allen Spencer in Columbus, MS.
Miss Spencer is survived by her sisters – Linda (Barry) Davis, Grenada, MS, Donna Allbritton, Columbus, MS and Emma (Richard) Stauss, Chesapeake, VA; brothers – Jim (Resa) Spencer, Columbus, MS and Johnny (Betty) Spencer, Grenada, MS.
Pallbearers will be family. Honorary pallbearers will be Caregivers from Rolling Hills Developmental Center, Starkville, MS.
