Jeffery Earl Clark, 70, of Columbus, MS, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at his residence.

Celebration of Life will be Friday, April 25, 2025, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS.

Mr. Clark was born on April 30, 1954, to the late James Earl and Elnor Clark Britt. Jeff was an electrician for more than 50 years. He learned how to do electrical work from his Uncle JW Long in Corinth, MS. Besides doing electrical work, Jeff enjoyed planting and tending to his garden, fishing, doing yard work, and spending time with his grandchildren and his dog, Gracie.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Clark was preceded in death by his brother, Stanley Clark. Mr. Clark is survived by his dedicated wife, Charlotte Ashcraft Clark of 53 years; their 2 children, Melissa (Matt) Chance of Caledonia, and Jeffrey "Chuck" Clark (Melanie) of Columbus; his sisters, Pat Brown of West Point, MS, Alisa Kersh of Columbus, MS and a brother, G.A. Clark (Sam) of Helena, AL; his grandchildren, Alyssa (Josh) Boyer, Annalyse Chance, Ayla Chance, Hunter, Riley, Zoey, Greyson Clark, and a host of nieces and nephews.
