Agnes Jeanette "Jenny" Woods Butler, 58, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2015, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-GT. A procession will leave Lowndes Funeral Home in Columbus, MS at 2pm, Sunday, May 31, 2015 for a graveside service at 3pm at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Aberdeen, MS. Ms. Butler was born August 31, 1956 to Rufus Avery Woods and Earline Pearl Griffin in Caledonia, MS. She has lived in the area all her life where she has been a finance manager. She is a member of New Beginnings Baptist Church in Greenwood Springs, MS. She is survived by her mother, Earline Pearl Griffin Woods; son, Charles "Wyndie" Butler, Jr.; daughter, Nicky Butler Estes; sister, Michelle Woods; brother, Rufus (Janet) Woods; grandchildren, Victoria Butler; Wyatt Butler; Bonnie Butler; Autumn Estes; Karah Estes; great grandchild, Maddox Baltrusis; and several nieces and nephews, Tony Woods, Jennifer Woods, Brittany Edgil, Ashley Woods, and John Avery Woods. Pallbearers will be Dwight Alvis, Mikey Lofton, George Woods, Jr., Tony Woods, Nathan Zaragosa, Dylan Woods. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Critical Care Nurses @ Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle.
