John Edward Barham, 50 of Ethelsville, AL passed away Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-GT, Columbus, MS. A Graveside Service will be held Sunday, April 13, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Vaughn Cemetery, Caledonia, MS with Bro. Ricky James and John Johnson III officiating and Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS directing. Mr. Barham was born February 21, 1964 in Columbus, MS to the late Willie Lawrence and Etta Maxine Walker Barham. He moved to Ethelsville, AL 26 years ago from Oklahoma. Mr. Barham was a self-employed painter for the last 13 years. In addition to his parents his is preceded in death by brothers-Charles Ronald Barham and William Lawrence Barham; sisters-Margie Diane Slay, Ellen Kay Condra and Mary Evelyn Foster. Mr. Barham is survived by his wife-Beckie Lawrence Barham, Ethelsville, AL; daughters-Rachel Barham, Eunice, LA and Brittany (Adam) De La Garza, Ethelsville, AL; sisters- Betty Joyce (James) Godfrey, Columbus, MS, Patia (Ricky) James, Florence, MS, Brenda Johnson, Ethelsville, AL and Cynthia (Skip) McLaughlin, Columbus, MS. Pallbearers will be Gary Springer, Randy Springer, Donnie Wooten, Ivan Owen, Adam De La Garza, John Johnson lV, Dewayne Owen and Rodney Godfrey. Honorary pallbearers will be Curtis Dewayne Owen, Jr., Wayne Durant, Ed Lollar, Phillip Duke, Junior Pounders, John Johnson lll, Jack Conn, Samuel Lawrence, Timothy Lawrence, Titus Lawrence, Rick James, Tyler Maness, Brent James, Casey Lawrence and Sharon Owen.
