John "Big John" McDill Jr, 49, of Columbus, MS passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at his residence.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Funeral service will be Sunday, January, 27, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel, Columbus, MS with Pastor Michael Shelton officiating. Interment will be in Vaughn Cemetery, Caledonia, MS with Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS directing.

Mr. McDill was born February 8, 1969 in Columbus, MS to the late John McDill Sr and Linda Fowler Langford. He was a member of Sons of American Legion, avid MS State fan, and loved hunting and fishing. Mr. McDill never met a stranger and loved everybody esp. nieces and nephews, and dear friends Joe Wayne and Tammy Blanton.

Mr. McDill is survived by his brothers and sisters; Step-Father- Jerry Langford.

Pallbearers will be Terry Gann, Brain Nowland, Dewey Beasley, and Brady Langford
