John Mac Roberts 76 of Columbus, MS passed away Friday, October 08, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-GT.

Celebration of life will be at Steens Community Center, 118 Steens Vernon Rd, Steens, MS 39766 from 11 am-2 pm on Sunday, October 17, 2021.

Mr. Roberts was born on October 2, 1945, in Pontotoc, MS to the late Ollie Galloway Roberts Honnoll and Irksel Luther Roberts. For 40 years as a professional over-the-road truck driver. Mr. Roberts loved his 1970 Chevelle, Drag racing, dirt track, NASCAR, his wife, and Kids. In addition to his parents, Mr. Roberts is preceded in death by Grandson- Sean J Roberts; brothers-Kenneth, Theo, Rex, Winter, Harroi, Malcom, TJ, Dan, Thad, Lester, Roy Henry; Sister- Ethelene Thompson.

Mr. Roberts is survived by his wife-Dessie Roberts; Sons- John Roberts Jr, Joe Roberts wife Michael Roberts, Jack Roberts; Daughter- Tina Roberts; Brothers- LJ, Jim, Frank, Luther, Dennis, Morphis Roberts; Sisters- Camille, Lumus, Johnnie, Lantrip, Elnaora, Garner, Betty, Braddeck, Sheryal, Hood, Louise Price
