Julian Thomas "J.T." Coyle, 76 passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at his residence.
A memorial service will be for family only on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 1:00 PM in the Lowndes Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Mel Howton officiating. Friends may view the service online at www.lowndesfuneralhome.net . Lowndes Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Coyle was born June 16, 1943 to the late Julian and Bessie Baker Coyle in Kentucky. He was a retired as a Senior Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force in 1984 and then retired from Dynacorp were he was in aircraft maintenance. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, Lucy Eight Hunting Club and the American Legion Post #69 and on the board of director of the North American Hunting Club where he received Largest Buck and Outstanding Sportsman Awards. In addition to his parents, Mr. Coyle was preceded in death by his brother – Thurston Coyle.
Mr. Coyle is survived by his wife of 38 years – Charlene Coyle, Columbus, MS; sons – Julian (Vena) Coyle, Jr., and Jason Coyle; stepchildren – Debbie (Billy) Ballard, Kenny (Suzanne) Duplechain, David Duplechain and Lisa (Michael) Smith; sisters – Jewel Barton and Evelyn Coyle; brothers – Roy Coyle and Jim Coyle; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
