Lena Anderson, 87, of Columbus, MS passed away Thursday, April 13, 2023, at Aurora Health and Rehabilitation Center in Columbus, Ms.

Ms. Anderson was born May 26, 1935, in Columbus, MS, to the late John William House and Allie George House. She made dentures, was a riverboat pilot, and was a co-owner of a music store, clothing store, and drug store. Ms. Anderson was employed at the furniture store and later painted houses and installed wallpaper. She was also an artist, painter, and seamstress. Ms. Anderson is preceded in death by her parents and grandchild, Jeremiah Joyner.

Ms. Anderson is survived by her daughter- Aguigui Mandolini; grandchild- Allie Mandolini; great-grandchildren- Seth Mandolini, Gavin Cash, Ethan Black; brother- Mike House; sister- Durranda House.
