Linda Lewark Lennon, 75, of Millport, Alabama passed away Friday, September 13, 2024, at Baptist Memorial Hospital- GT in Columbus, MS.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 17, 2024, from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Memorial Service will be Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 7:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS.

Mrs. Lennon was born March 25, 1949, in Clarksburg, WV, to the late Lawrence Kenneth Lewark and Naomi Lunell Yeager Lewark. She was an active member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Columbus, MS, where she taught Sunday School.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lennon is preceded in death by brother-in-law, Kenny Lennon, sister-in-law, Linda Malpass, and nephew, Adam Lennon.

Mrs. Lennon is survived by her husband of 56 years, Boyd Lennon, Jr., daughters- Lunell Sims and Amanda (Jerry) McCrary; grandchildren- Kadie (Beans) Gordon, Bo (Katy) McCrary, Dalton Sims, Tanner Sims; great grandchildren- Maddie Claire Gordon, and Adam Riley Gordon; brother- Dayton (Liz) Lewark; sister- Donna Lennon; brother-in-law, Jessie Malpass, and Billy (Sue) Lennon; sister-in-law, Donna (Larry) Bishop; niece- Amy (Bennett) Goodman.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 1383 Pleasant Hill Road, Columbus, MS, 39702 designated for the building fund or Hispaniola Mountain Ministries.
