Linda Hopper Reed, 69, of Steens, MS, passed away Thursday, September 22, 2022.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Lone Oak Cemetery, Steens, MS.

Linda was born on April 7, 1953, in Davenport, IA to the late James Hopper and Betty Vaughn Hopper.  She was a member of Lone Oak Church of Christ, and an educator with Lowndes and Monroe counties for 34 years.

Mrs. Reed is survived by her sons Thomas (Dawn) Reed and William (Heather) Reed; grandchildren James Reed, Mikayla Reed, and Robert Reed; and brothers Tony Hopper and Gary Hopper.
