Lois Lucille Haynes, 95 of Columbus, MS passed away Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Trinity Healthcare Center, Columbus, MS. Mrs. Haynes was born July 15, 1917 in Choctaw County, MS to the late Willie Lee and Nettie Wells Kyle. She moved to Lowndes County in 1957 from Kosciusko, MS. Mrs. Haynes attended Fairview Baptist Church, enjoyed helping and providing for others, and she also loved to cook and wash clothes. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Haynes is preceded in death by her husband- J.W. Haynes, her daughter-Nell Sudduth, her son-Butch Guest, and her grandson-Scott Sudduth. Mrs. Haynes is survived by her son-Loyd Guest, Hixson, TN, her daughter-Beverly Haynes Shelton, Southhaven, MS, grandchildren-Jerry Guest, Krystal Shelton, Britt Sudduth and Phillip Shelton, Jr., great-granddaughter-Lily Shelton.
