Lori Lynn Phillips, 32, of Columbus, MS passed away Friday, October 6, 2017, at her residence.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 11, 2017, from 5:00 – 6:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. A funeral service will follow Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at 6:00 PM in the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Stan Blaylock.

Mrs. Phillips was born December 7, 1984, in Columbus, MS to Johnny Richardson and Jody Gates.

Mrs. Phillips is survived by her husband- Jason Phillips of Columbus, MS; sons- Cameron Phillips and Gabriel Phillips; mother- Jody Gates; father- Johnny Richardson of Macon, MS; and brother- Chris Richardson of Hartselle, AL.

Pallbearers will be Shaun Gates, Greg Gates, Randy Collins, Nieces, and Nephews.
