Sadly, our beloved, Lorraine Atkins, 86, of Columbus, MS, passed away on February 17, 2025.

Her journey began on October 26, 1938, in Honolulu, Hawaii. Lorraine was survived by her husband of 42 years, Luther Atkins. She also leaves behind her brother, Danny Yang, daughter, Raynette Devilla (Robbie) and son Ray Devilla (Melisa), 7 grandchildren (Helaina, Jaime, Jacob, Jordan, Chad, Justin, and Courtney), 11 great-grandchildren (Mahina, Gavin, Ayden, David, Kenzy, Leigh, Noah, Cash, Elena, Rynn, and Carter), and one great, great-grandchild, (Symphony) along with many in laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and her beloved dog Cheyenne.

Lorraine was loving, loyal, kind, and at times a fireball, but she was a very strong and determined. She had a love for country music, loved to decorate, and had a passion for her dogs. She also loved to pull the handle on a slot machine.

Lorraine's loss is deeply felt by her family and all those who knew and loved her. Her memory will continue to live on with those whose lives she touched.
