Loyce "Lonnie" Bowen, 66 passed away Friday, September 12, 2014 at his residence. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Fentress Baptist Church Cemetery, Fentress, MS. Mr. Bowen was born September 5, 1948 to the late J.D. & Ida Mae Cummings Bowen in Fentress, MS and moved to Columbus in 1952 from Ackerman, MS. He was an Pest Control Exterminator and of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, Mr. Bowen was preceded in death by his sister Dorothy Sumrall. Mr. Bowen is survived by his daughters - Angela Dutton, Greenville, SC and Diane Bosarge, Irvington, AL; son - Dewayne Bowen, Irvington, AL; brothers - Bobby J. Bowen, Columbus, MS and Bill Bowen, Columbus, MS and 6 grandchildren.
