Lucy Michelle Parkman, 45, of Flora, MS, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2023.

A private service will be held at a later date.

Lucy was born February 18, 1977, in Mound Bayou, MS to Georgia Faye Terry Blackly and Bobby Blackly. She enjoyed spending time with family, bass fishing, and the great outdoors. Lucy's heart was bigger than life itself, and her world centered around her daughter Brenda Faye.

Lucy is survived by her husband- James Darrell Parkman; daughter- Brenda Faye Parkman; step-daughters- Jessica Parkman and Teri Diane Parkman.
