Marilyn Deloys Anderko, 82, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2018, from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. A funeral service will follow on Sunday, January 28, 2018, at 2:00 PM in the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Kenny Gardner officiating and Rev. James Gardner assisting. Interment will be at Marvin Chapel Cemetery, Carrollton, AL with Lowndes Funeral Home directing.

Ms. Anderko was born February 14, 1935, in Carrollton, AL to the late Samuel Layfette and Antonah Corrine Reynolds, Fulgham. She worked as a lumber stacker at Weyerhaeuser for 9 years. Ms. Anderko was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She will be truly missed by her family and friends. In addition to her parents, Ms. Anderko was preceded in death by her husband- Andrew Henry Anderko; sisters- Patricia Zeigler and Mazie Wilcox; brother- Samuel Fulgham; and one grandchild- James Thomas Richardson.

Ms. Anderko is survived by her children- Diane White of Columbus, MS, Tommy Kinard of Columbus, MS, Wanda (Tommy) Richardson of Columbus, MS, and Yvonne (Mike) Munford of Columbus, MS; 7 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; sisters- Mozelle Reich of Columbus, MS, Naomi Clemmons of Columbus, MS, Laudice (Raymond) Howard of Columbus, MS and Doris Nash of Birmingham, AL.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Kinard, Jr., Dalton Munford, Chance Cockrell, James Guin, Rodney Cockrell, and Joe Brownlee. A special thanks to Mrs. Jo Beasley, Wayne Beasley, and all her caregivers.
