Mark H. Floyd, 62, of Steens, MS, passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital- GT in Columbus, MS.

Visitation will be Friday, July 11, 2025, from 5:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Funeral Service will be Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. at Rowan Cemetery Chapel in Caledonia, MS.

Mr. Floyd was born August 5, 1962, in Columbus, MS, to the late Henry A Floyd and Wanda Hopkins Floyd. He was a member of New Covenant Baptist Church in Columbus and the Caledonia 12-Man Supper Club. Mr. Floyd loved Alabama football, riding motorcycles, and socializing with friends. He worked with Marathon Equipment Company for 20 years and WasteQuip Industries for 6 years.

Mr. Floyd is survived by his wife, Rita Floyd; brother, Keith (Connie) Floyd; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Mitch Wiggins, Michael Dodson, Jordan Britt, Jerry Dennis, Scott Fleming, Chip Jordan, Tony Shelton, and Bob Fleming. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Members of Caledonia 12 Man Supper Club, Brian Jones, Doug Wiggins, Gary Brooks, Bill Wilkerson, Steve Cookman, Walter Dodson, J.R. Robbins, and Charlie "Doc" Palmer.
