Martha Wilma Smith Cooper, 69 passed away August 2, 2014 at her residence. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Mrs. Cooper was born September 25, 1944 in Brooksville, MS to the late Grover Cleveland and Sudie Mae Meneese Smith. She was a homemaker and a member of Central United Methodist Church, Columbus, MS. She collected teddy bears and had over 1000. Mrs. Cooper is survived by her sister-Margaret Blair, Caledonia, MS; brother-Grover Cleveland Smith, Jr., Tyler, TX; ex-husband and caregiver-Robert .
