Mary Jane Boykin, 70, of Columbus, MS passed away Friday, August 8, 2014 at Baptist Memorial Hospital - GT, Columbus, MS. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 13, 2014 from 12:00-2:00 PM at Living Faith Tabernacle Church, Columbus, MS. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM at Living Faith Tabernacle Church, Columbus, MS with Bro. James Gardner and Bro. Kenny Gardner officiating. Interment will be in Living Faith Tabernacle Cemetery, Columbus, MS with Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS directing. Mrs. Boykin was born June 26, 1944 in Buhl, AL to the late William Clifford and Mary Lou Skelton Hamner. She was a member of Living Faith Tabernacle Church, Columbus, MS. Mrs. Boykin is survived by her sons - Eddie (Rita) Boykin, Steens, MS, Scott (Angela) Boykin, Columbus, MS, and Allen (Mona) Boykin, Columbus, MS; daughter - Laurie (Dwayne) Livingston, Caledonia, MS; 16 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and beloved dog - Elvis. Pallbearers will be Joseph Boykin, Brian Fribble, Phillip Livingston, Jeremy Boykin, David Reedwood, and Randall Reedwood. Honorary pallbearers will be Peyton Boykin, Wayne Flye, Willis Bonner, Albert McKellar, Stanley Williams, and Wayne McKellar.
