Mary Ellen Miller Ratliff, 92, of Columbus, MS passed away Monday, March 13, 2017 at Baptist Memorial Hospital- GT in Columbus, MS.

Visitation will be Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at First Christian Church, Columbus, MS. A memorial service will follow at 6:00 PM with Bro. Ed Maurer and Charles Box officiating and Lowndes Funeral Home of Columbus, MS directing.

Mrs. Ratliff was born November 28, 1924 in Quincy, MS to the late G. Thomas and Alice Renfro Miller. She was a member of First Christian Church of Columbus, MS. Mrs. Ratliff was employed with Office Supply Company as a book keeper for 20+ years. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband- Mathew Clay Ratliff; son- Stephan Ratliff; sisters- Ruby Strange, Emma Langford; and brothers- Felix Miller, Basil Miller.

Mrs. Ratliff is survived by her daughter- Pat (Tommy) Brown; son- Robert (Therese) Ratliff; grandchildren- Kevin (Alyssa) Brown, Angie (Charlie) Harper, Mathew Ratliff, Mary (Jason) Stephens, Stephen (Lizzie) Ratliff, Nicholas Ratliff; great grandchildren- Laurin Harper, Tyler Brown, Landri Brown, Thomas Harper, Evan Stephens, Ashlyn Brown, Jackson Stephens, Mary Ella Stephens; step great grandchildren- Tanner Jacobs, Abby Jacobs; sisters- Gertrude Sanders, Helen Pace; brother- Wayne Miller and a host of nieces and nephews.
