Mathew Dalton Leverette 33, of Steens, MS, passed away November 9, 2023, at Baptist Memorial Hospital- Golden Triangle, in Columbus, MS.

Memorial Service will be Friday, November 17, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS.

Mr. Leverette was born August 15, 1990, in West Point, MS. Mr. Leverette was a paintless dent repair technician. He always made the most of life and enjoyed every minute of it. He was full of adventure and always along for the ride. Mr. Leverette was an avid golfer, loved playing drums, and loved as hard as he lived.

Dalton is survived by his mother- Kimberly York Cook; step-father- David Cook; father- Rick  Leverette; step-mother- Lisa Leverette; brothers- Jared Leverette, Luke Leverette, Rick Leverette, II; sister- Grace Leverette; Uncles- Mark (Amy ) York, Ted (Angela) Leverette, and Patrick (Jana Hargis) York; Aunt- Jamie Moon; Special Friends- Austin York, Tara Lollar, Ken Schroeder, and Kevin Forrester; and Special Family – Art Johnson, Matt Cook, John Allen Jones, Mike Boyle, and Mike Thompson.
