Mazie Wilcox Mazie Fulgham Wilcox, 91 of Ethelsville, AL passed away, Friday, January 20, 2012 at her residence. Visitation for Mrs. Fulgham will be Sunday, January 22, 2012 from 6 – 8 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Funeral Services for Mrs. Fulgham will be Monday, January 23, 2012 at 10 AM at First Freewill Baptist Church, Ethelsville, AL, with Bro. Redus Hall, officiating and Linda Shelton assisting. Interment will be in Forest Cemetery, Ethelsville, AL with Lowndes Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Wilcox was born April 8, 1920 to the late Sammy and Antonah Reynolds Fulgham in Pickens County, AL. She lived in the Ethelsville area most of her life. She was a salesperson at Shainberg's, McClellan's Five and Dime, and her county grocery store for 40 years. Mrs. Wilcox was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church in Ethelsville, AL. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband – Robert Wilbert Wilcox, son – Buddy Wilcox, brother – Sam Fulgham and granddaughter – Lori Allison Sansing. Mrs. Wilcox is survived by her son – Bobby (Elaine) Wilcox, Russellville, AL, daughters – Betty Ann (Sam) Phillips, Columbus, MS, Bicki (Craig) Sansing, Ethelsville, AL and daughter in law – Patsy Wilcox, Columbus, MS, sisters – Mozelle Reich, Columbus, MS, Doris Nash, Birmingham, AL, Delores Anderko, Columbus, MS, Bonnie Howard, Columbus, MS, Patricia Ziegler, Columbus, MS and Naomi Clemmons, Columbus, MS, 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Pallbearers will be Guy Wilcox, Bob Wilcox, Steve Wilcox, David Wilcox, Alan Sansing, Ashley Sansing, Kevin Phillips, Mike Phillips, Anthony Fulgham, Bart Beaird, and Tony Harlow. Honorary Pallbearers will be Raymond Howard, Lon Clemmons, Doug Wilcox, Vernice Tilley, Lewis Tilley, Hobbie Tilley, Lee Pannell, Mark Fulgham and Residents of Forest Community, Nieces and Nephews.
