Ms. Burgoyne is survived by her mother- Ann Hoover Beard; partner- Layton Phillips; son- Thomas Phillips, and John Phillips; step-sister- Tasha Wright; sister- Wanda Redmond; brother- Mark Foster, George Beard, Kyle Burgoyne, and Patrick Burgoyne.
