Michael Robinson, 34 of Columbus, MS passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-GT, Columbus, MS. Visitation will be Friday, January 24, 2014 from 5:00 - 6:30 pm at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. A memorial service will follow at 6:30 pm in the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jeff James officiating and Lowndes Funeral Home directing. Mr. Robinson was born June 15, 1979 in Columbus, MS. He worked as a maintenance supervisor for Waverly Apartments. Mr. Robinson was an avid outdoorsman, he loved hunting, fishing, cooking and reading. In his teenage years, he was member of Mt. Vernon Church youth group. Mr. Robinson is preceded in death by maternal grandparents: Herb Atwood and Dorothy Brown; paternal grandparents: Elmer and Reva Robinson. Mr. Robinson is survived by his wife: Lynn Coleman Robinson, Columbus, MS; parents: Lynn and Sandy Robinson, Columbus, MS; children: son, Austin Robinson, daughter, Kiersten Robinson, son, Cross Robinson all of Columbus, MS, daughter, Desiree Shepherd, Tuscaloosa, AL; sister, Deanna Robinson, Columbus, MS; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
