Michael Earnest Sessum, 60, of Columbus, MS passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at his residence.

A service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Sessum was born on July 3, 1959, in Williamsburg, VA to the late William E. and Bonnie Shoemake Sessum. He enjoyed fishing, Nascar, and loved to piddle in his shop. Mr. Sessum built his own house and the apartments on Wolfe Road. In addition to his parents, Mr. Sessum is preceded in death by his nephew- Chris Gaddy.

Mr. Sessum is survived by his sister- Debbie (David) Gaddy of Caledonia, MS; brothers- Ronnie Sessum of Caledonia, MS, Gary Sessum of Caledonia, MS and Dale Sessum of Quitman, AR; nieces- Heather McCay, Sonya Bradford, Crystal Sessum, and Amanda Todd; and several great-nieces and nephews.
