Orene Reed, 66, of Steens, MS passed away Monday, August 10, 2020, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-GT.

A graveside service will be Friday, August 14, 2020, at 3:00 PM at Oak Lawn Cemetery, Aberdeen, MS with Don McGee officiating and Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS directing.

Mrs. Reed was born January 1, 1954, to the late Laberta Buford and Austin Lee Woodson. She attended Woodlawn Church of Christ. Mrs. Reed graduated from MUW with her bachelor's as an RN. She loved walking, dancing, and was a good friend to many. Mrs. Reed loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, supporting and watching her grandchildren play ball. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Reed is preceded in death by her sister- Dorothy Woodson.

Mrs. Reed is survived by her daughter- Alika (Jonathan) Logan of Steens, MS; son- Lance Reed; grandchildren-Austin Logan and Ashton Logan; sister- Earlene Pope.

Pallbearers will be Douglas Smith, Daniel Smith, Kristopher Holman, Rudy Pope, Colby Logan, and Donnie Smith.
