IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Parrish Jackson
Sibley
March 26, 1960 – October 7, 2024
Parrish Jackson Sibley, born on March 26, 1960, passed away on October 7, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, dedication, and passion. He was 64 years old.
A devoted husband, father, and car enthusiast, Parrish's life was marked by his unwavering commitment to his family and his deep love for all things automotive. He found great joy in his creative passions, especially fine-tuning his classic cars, and sharing his knowledge with those around him. His love for cars was more than a hobby—it was a passion that reflected his meticulous nature and attention to detail. He was the owner of Sibley's Custom Hi-Performance and Speed Shop, a gathering place for dear friends and fellow gear heads.
Parrish's warmth and dependability extended to his beloved friends and community, where he was known for his kind heart and willingness to help anyone in need. Whether it was fixing a car or lending an ear, he was there for those who needed him.
Above all else, Parrish was a family man. He was the loving husband of Denise, with whom he shared decades of laughter, support, and cherished moments. He was also a proud father to his children, Casey Sibley (Alan Leach) and Tyler Sibley, and one grandchild, Freya Sibley. He was also survived by his two sisters, Beth Sibley Prim and Amy Sibley Billingsley, one brother, John Kelly Sibley, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother Sally King Orman Cooper, father Dan Sibley Sr., and brother Dan Sibley Jr. Parrish's greatest joy was caring for his family, always putting their needs above his own and offering guidance, love, and support at every turn.
Parrish's memory will live on in the lives he touched in his community and the family he cherished.
A service to celebrate Parrish's life will be held at Events Off 5th, 515 College St., Columbus, MS on Monday, October 14, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation (t2t.org).
Rest in peace, Parrish. You will be forever missed and lovingly remembered.
