Phyllis Irene Bullard, 67 of Columbus, MS passed away April 19, 2014 at Aurora Australis Lodge, Columbus, MS. Visitation will be Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 4 - 5 PM at Covenant United Methodist Church, Columbus, MS. A memorial service will follow at 5 PM with Bro. Ron Thomas officiating. Mrs. Bullard was born January 26, 1947 to the late Norbert and Leah Ruth Gallion Kneis in Buffalo, NY. She was a member of the United Methodist Women and Covenant United Methodist Church. Mrs. Bullard loved making inspirational cards for others. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brother Bobby Kneis. Mrs. Bullard is survived by her husband, Robert Bullard; daughters- Samantha (Calvin) Brown of Columbus, MS and Cassondra (Stephen) Suchan of Marion, TX; son- Christopher Bullard of San Antonio, TX; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brothers- Norbert Kneis, Jr. and Martin Kneis; sisters- Pattie Kneis and Jane Maurer.
