Randy T. Dixon, 62 of Aberdeen, MS, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2026, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Amory, MS.

Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 11:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. at his residence. Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS entrusted with all arrangements.

Randy was born January 28, 1964, in Peoria, IL, to the late Clarence L. Clutts, Sr. and Edna Ruth Ann Dixon Clutts. He loved climbing trees. Randy has climbed and cut trees for 40 years, most of his life. His favorite things to do were woodworking, bicycle riding with his wife and son, playing with his train set, working in his garage and outside. Randy loved being outdoors. He especially loved working on projects (and teaching) with his son, Dakota. In addition to his parents, Randy is preceded in death by his daughter, his grandparents, Wilburn and Louise Dixon, and William and Birdie Clutts.

Randy is survived by his wife, Lisa A. Shelton Dixon; son, Dakota T. Dixon; daughter-in-law, Kelsey; sister-in-law, Dulcy S. Iwata, best friend/ brother, Jefferey Wren; and his younger brothers- William E. Clutts, Sr. (wife, Susanna M. Clutts) of Eddyville, Illinois, and Clarence L. Clutts, Jr. (Wife – Rita J. Clutts) of Golconda, Illinois, nieces and nephews- William E. Clutts, Jr, Samantha N. Clutts, April J. Vaughn, Clarence L. Clutts III, and numerous cousins.
