Becky Rivers, 61 of Caledonia, MS passed away Sunday, December 12, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 15, 2021, from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS.  A memorial service will follow in the chapel with Bro. Tommy Gillon officiating.

Mrs. Rivers was born September 22, 1960, in Columbus, MS to the late Walker and Frances Fuqua Sudduth.  She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church, Columbus, MS.  Mrs. Rivers was the office manager at Cox Consulting, Columbus, MS for many years.  Being a published writer, she enjoyed listening to books and being  a part of The Rosenzweig Art Center writers group.  Mrs. Rivers loved going on cruises and geocaching.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister – Sue Yoder.

Mrs. Rivers is survived by her husband – Ron Rivers, Caledonia, MS; son – Will (Ashley) McReynolds; grandchildren – Elijah Calvert, Caleb Calvert, Preston Calvert, and Tucker McReynolds; brother – Jim Sudduth; and sister – Donna Thompson.
