Regina Claire West Harrell, 36, of Columbus, MS passed away Wednesday, August, 19, 2015 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-GT, Columbus, MS. A Memorial Service will be Sunday, August 23, 2015 at 2pm with Bro. Kenny Gardner officiating in the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel, Columbus, MS. Mrs. Harrell was born May 5, 1979 to Charles and Sue West in Fayetteville, NC. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Augusta, GA; the American Legion Auxiliary, and American Legion Riders. She loved watching her son play football and her daughter cheer. Mrs. Harrell's survivors are her husband-Gregory Harrell; her parents-Charles and Sue West; and her children-Gregory "Tyler" Harrell and Kaylee Nicole Harrell; brothers-Tony West and Aaron West.
