Richard Lee Anderson, age 91, of Columbus, MS passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at The Windsor Place, Columbus, MS.

Mr. Anderson was born on October 18, 1926, in Joplin, MO to the late B.D. and Florence Stice Anderson. He worked as a private pilot instructor for 33 years and was a veteran of the United States Army. Mr. Anderson enjoyed gardening, flying and working on his airplanes. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son- Richard Lee Anderson, II and both of his wives- Julietie W. Anderson and Mary Ann Anderson.

Mr. Anderson is survived by his daughters- Nancy Brashier of Columbus, MS, and Linda Lee Anderson of Columbus, OH; and one grandchild- Rebecca Brashier Miller.
