Robert Earl Glenn, 74 of Columbus, MS passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at Aurora Nursing Home, Columbus, MS. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 11 AM at the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Billy Abrams officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Gardens, Columbus, MS with Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS directing. Mr. Glenn was born in Columbus, MS July 29, 1938 to the late William Bryant and Ann J. McGinnis Glenn. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church, Columbus, MS and he owned and operated Foundation Contracting for over 20 years. Mr. Glenn enjoyed reading, fishing, all sports, including playing football for Lee High School. Mr. Glenn is survived by his daughter, Donna (Daryl) Wilson, Jackson, TN, sisters, Libby Abrams, Columbus, MS and Linda Reid, Mesquite, TX, brother, William (Sonny) Glenn of Columbus, MS, and numerous nieces and nephews.
