Robert Von Morgan Jr,71 of Aberdeen, MS, passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023, at Monroe Regional Hospital in Aberdeen, MS.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 5, 2023, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS

Mr. Morgan was born May 7, 1952, in Camp Lejuene, NC to the late Dorothy Mink Morgan and Robert Von Morgan, Sr. He was a Vietnam veteran of the United States Army and received 2 purple hearts for his service.   Mr. Morgan was a truck driver for many years.  He was known to his brothers as BMF. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Mr. Morgan loved his dogs, taking care of his yard and his motorcycle.

Mr. Morgan is survived by his wife of Aberdeen, MS – Lorene Deaton Morgan; sons- Chris (Lacie) Morgan, Von (Christine) Morgan, David (Sharon) Miller, and  Shawn (Melanie) Reese; daughter- Dorrie Lynn; 22 grandchildren; sister- Linda Vice; brothers- Bucky (Cindy) Morgan, Danny Morgan, and Red and Gold Brothers and sister- Linda Vice.
